Dr Faulk was very gentle and explained everything he was doing step by step and made me feel very comfortable. Benjamin the Assistant is always the BEST: helpful , knowledgeable, and so nice ! Always makes me feel comfortable.

Front desk staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, polite , and considerate. Dr Falke and his assistant Benjamin are knowledgeable, efficient in their workflows, and very polite and friendly. I was informed of all that would happen during the procedure and where we were at along the way. This was my best surgical/ procedural experience in probably 50 years. Thank you, Mike
